To convert an A4 page into a double A5 sheet, do the following:
When you print, just list the page twice in the print dialog. You can print this as two pages per sheet and you’ll get A5 versions of your worksheet.
Use the above trick in Word but print to PDF, one page per sheet.
OR duplicate a worksheet slide in PowerPoint and print to PDF.
When you print the PDF, you can select print 2 pages on one sheet. This gives you A5 worksheets, with the option to print the pages 1 page per sheet for an A4 version (more accessible).
In PowerPoint, using a font size of 16-24 points is good for A5 sheets. 24 points can be seen on a slide at the back of the classroom.
Open the Company Portal app on your laptop and search for the Ipevo visualiser app. It’s far better than the camera app. Some of its features only work with Ipevo cameras which I would recommend if you are prepared to invest, but the basic functionality is well worth having the app installed.
Use the windows key plus P to change your screen sharing settings. Pressing it more than once will toggle through the options.
Windows key + K to connect wirelessly to your whiteboard, but be aware that video playback is laggy and sound can get out of sync.
